Proceedings with the courts is something I do not wish, because
they demonstrate
the failure of the legal adviser's creative exercise. This exercise is
reaching a solution advantageous for all parts in spite of the
fact that conflicts of interest do exist. As far as proceedings prove
requisite, I take these with consequence.
You are welcome to conclude a fee arrangement with me. According to
this you do not have to honor more than my temporal expenditure. This
includes a reliable estimate of the costs for the project and the
immediate information, should I exceed the costs. I will
call in external advice as far as it is efficient for the solution of
singular legal issues. Hereunto I dispose of a network including
excellent legal advisers in Germany and abroad. No additional costs
will occur for you as a consequence of this unless you wish a
pursuant agreement.
Your success the benchmark of my enterprise. This forms part of
the reasons why I unfortunately cannot accept every assignment. For
special cases I accept an assignment on a pro bono basis. I am happy
